School girl Emerson enjoyed show us all the equipment she played on when she was a Playcentre kid.

Leaping through the air was so much fun and a favourite of Mac's. Andrew, Harry, Caleb and Bailey are so good at waiting for their turn.

We made boats using a walnut shell. We poured water into the moat and raced our boats. Baxter's boat was the winner.

It was fun taking turns on the high rope swing. Some of us brave children climbed to the top of the rope and touched the tree.

We are learning to spell the essential words and read our sight words accuracy before we practice writing lots of words'fast'.

Making sure we have our bookbags, lunchboxes and polar fleece in our bag before leaving school at the end of the day. We are develop our ability to accurately suggest objects that begin with the sounds of the week. When given the criteria ' make something starting with the letter R' we used recycled materials to make envelop robots and carton rockets.Harold the Giraffe and the Life Education Van visit our school.
We learned about which foods are 'Go, Go - eat lots of me foods', 'Slow down - sometimes' foods, and 'Stop - not much of me foods'.

We listened to Harold tell us silly jokes and watch a 3D movie about foods that make us feel good.

The autumn leaves are falling and the caterpillars are growing. Time is slipping away as are the seasons.

We love looking at all the different shapes.


Visiting the Dental Van.

Our whole class went to see Sue in the Dental Van and we all got to sit in her special chair. We loved it and can't wait for the van to visit again.

House Colour Day
We worked with our house leaders to make a banner and invent a chant. We then marched in our houses singing our chants. It was fun eating lunch with our house group and playing the games in the afternoon.
